  1. That number they read out on the radio, that was you, wasn't it? I'm on the east side of town, watching over my hardware store alone. Now that I've got someone to talk to, I finally feel a bit more at ease.
  2. I'm short on food and hoping to trade for some. Take whatever you like of what I've got on hand, and the cost is open to talk about.
  3. I've traded off most of what I could. If you've got spare food over there, let me have a little, and I'll remember the favor.
  4. There's been nothing worth trading on my shelves for a while. The rations you gave me ran out the day before yesterday too, so if you've got any, I'd like some more.
  5. I'm fixing a transceiver and I'm two electronic components short. If you have any to spare, could you help me out? I'll send you the drone I have sitting idle.
  6. The racks at the relay platform need bracing, and I'm two iron parts short. If you can get them to me, the drone I've already broken down is yours.
  7. I've read everything in the group, and everyone agrees you should lead. It only counts if you say yes, so what do you think? You can reply: Accept
  8. Rats got into the shop and chewed open the self-heating rice cartons. There is a whole row of rat traps sitting on the shelf here and not one of them was set. The stock is all still here. If you have food or drink, bring it and trade. The price is easy.
  9. The cylinder fitting leaked and the flare of flame blackened half a pegboard wall, and I beat it out with a sheet of metal. The stock wasn't affected, everything on the racks is still there. Come trade if you've got food.
  10. The roller shutter was pried open a gap and a few crates went in the night, though luckily the sheet metal was too heavy for him. Look over what's left, the price is easy.
  11. The store room roof leaked onto the shelving and rusted a patch of sheet metal. I moved it aside and the rest is fine. Bring food or drink and trade.
  12. The bugs got at the corn by the shop door, I'm not much good at growing it. The stock's as it was and the racks are still full, so take your pick.
  13. I threw my back out lifting that stack of sheet metal and now I can't bend. The stock's where it was, so help yourself. What I want is still food or drink, and the price is easy?
  14. Rats chewed open the self-heating rice cartons. There's a whole row of rat traps in this shop and not one of them was set. I've traded off just about everything worth trading, so have you got spare rations.
  15. The cylinder leaked and the flame blackened half a pegboard, and I beat it out with a sheet of metal. The shop's running out too, so this time it's my turn to ask.
  16. The shutter was pried open and a few crates went in the night, and what's left isn't enough to trade. Could you spare me a bit over there?
  17. The store room roof leaked and rusted a patch of sheet metal. I traded you the stock long ago, so if you're comfortable, think of me.
  18. The bugs got at the corn by the shop door, I'm not much good at growing it. The shop's empty as well, so have you got spare rations.
  19. I threw my back out lifting sheet metal and can't bend. The stock's traded out too, so if you've got a surplus, let me have some first.
  20. Rats got into the shop and chewed a hole under the counter.

  23. The back window frame has rusted through and will not close.
  24. Insects got the corn in the back yard.
  25. My hand got cut on sheet tin, and now I can't even grip a pair of pliers.
  26. I can make up a loss this size, there's still stock in the back.
  27. There's a packet of seed behind the counter, but there's nothing at all to eat or drink. If you've got any on hand, trade me some, the price is easy.
  28. I've still got hardware in stock, but none of it's edible. If you've got food, take it for them.
  29. I've still got a few canisters, but there's nothing to eat or drink. I'll put the canisters up for some.

  55. The stock on the racks has gone down too.

  90. My food's not turning over lately. I've got a few things sitting in stock that I'd like to exchange with you for food.
  91. Business works both ways. I'll bring my extras, and you give me food at a fair price.
  92. What I'm short on is food, but I've got plenty of other stock. Will you take this deal?

  95. If you have extra seeds, I'll trade you some of my stock for them. We can work out the price.

  104. I've got too much of some stock and I'd like to do a deal with you. Tell me if it works for you.
  105. Having stock piled up makes me uneasy. Have a look and see if there's anything you want.
  106. I'm not short of anything this time, I've just saved up a few extras. I'd like to swap so we both get some use out of them.
  107. A loss this small won't affect my business.
  108. I've run the numbers. I lost a bit, but I can still keep things turning over.
