Numbers instead of marks
every + or - chip in an object's action menu tooltip and in the crafting table's product tooltip shows a number.

When you hover an action on an object, Survival Log shows what it does to satiety, mood, energy and life, but only as one to three + or - marks. Exact Numbers swaps each mark for a number. At first that is the game's own estimate, marked with ~. Once you have used the action, it is the amount your character really got. It only changes what the tooltip says; it never changes your character, the world or a save.
every + or - chip in an object's action menu tooltip and in the crafting table's product tooltip shows a number.
when you finish using an object, the mod notes what the action really did and shows that from then on, without the ~.
the game scales every satiety, mood, energy and life change by your character's own ratios. By default the numbers include that scaling. Where it changed a number, the chip's hover text also gives the number before it. You can turn this off in the config.
if anything does not look the way the mod expects, the tooltip stays exactly as the game drew it, or keeps the game's estimate.

No hotkeys. Exact Numbers adds no data to your save and does not edit game files. You can remove it at any time.
Works in English and Chinese: the hover text and the words in the chips follow the game's language.
A number with ~ in front is the game's estimate. A number without it was measured.
The estimate comes from a short preview line in the game's data, such as Satiety:-12;Stamina:-20, which the game turns into marks. It is a summary written for the tooltip, not what the game applies: some costs tick over time, some amounts are random, some gains fill a stat up to a set amount, every stat stops at zero and at its maximum, and food types, difficulty, conditions and buffs can change the amount.
The measurement is what the action really did to your character, noted each time a use ends:
-10: the same amount every time.
+12 to +16: the amount changed between uses.
+4/h: for an action that runs until you stop it, the change per in-game hour.
~+20: not measured yet.
The chip's hover text says which it is: "measured over 3 uses" or the game's estimate. Natural changes, uses you break off, and uses where the stat hit zero or its maximum are not counted. Actions that top a stat up to a level keep the ~ estimate, since no single number would be right. Each action is measured on its own object, and measurements are scaled by the modifiers your character has now.
The numbers learn as you play: an action shows the estimate until you have finished it once. Long actions that end on their own show a total per use, not per hour. Measurements are saved in BepInEx\exact-numbers-measured.json, per game version. Delete it to start over, or turn Measure off in the config for estimates only.
Max chips already show their number and are left alone. With the Action Speed mod, the ~ estimates are not scaled to the changed action time; measured numbers are what your character really got.
BepInEx\config\com.dev.survivallog.exactnumbers.cfgChange them on the Mod Manager's Mods screen, or edit the file with the game closed.[General]There are no hotkeys.
~) once you have finished the action. Until then, and for actions that top a stat up to a level, the game's estimate is shown with ~. Measurements are saved in BepInEx\exact-numbers-measured.json. Off shows only the game's estimates and does not read or save measurements.Measure is also on, the mod writes every stat change of your character, every measured use, and what it read for each menu button to BepInEx\exact-numbers.log. This helps with bug reports: it lets a wrong number be traced back. The file stays under about 10 MB: past that it is moved to exact-numbers.log.1 and started again. Off writes only the mod's usual lines to that file.SurvivalLog.exe). The zip holds a BepInEx folder, so the DLL lands in the right place. When asked, merge the folders. The result should be:C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Survival Log\BepInEx\plugins\ExactNumbers.dllSurvival Log\

└─ com.dev.survivallog.exactnumbers.cfg (made on first start)Delete ExactNumbers.dll from the BepInEx\plugins folder. The measurements are in BepInEx\exact-numbers-measured.json if you want them gone too.
To turn the mod, the modifier scaling, measuring or the detailed log off, edit BepInEx\config\com.dev.survivallog.exactnumbers.cfg while the game is closed, or do it in game on the Mod Manager's Mods screen (see CONFIG.md for every setting). ApplyModifiers changed there takes effect at once; Enabled, Measure and TraceLog take effect at the next game start. Without Exiled's Toolkit installed, changes made on the Mods screen take effect at the next game start instead.

Found a bug or have an idea? Come say hi on the Core Directive Discord, or post in the Posts tab on Nexus. For bugs, please include BepInEx\LogOutput.log and BepInEx\exact-numbers.log. The second one records every stat change of your character (kept under about 10 MB), which is what lets a wrong number be traced back.
