The Municipal Children's Home needs one set of spike barriers and two sandbags. The wall is barely taller than a person, the back courtyard was broken into one night last week, and a stretch on the alley side has already collapsed. Thirty-odd children live there and the smallest cannot run. Both are made at the workbench.
