The sanatorium needs two bottles of disinfectant spray, two of strong disinfectant spray and two of high-concentration disinfectant spray. Their stock ran out last month, halting dressing changes, instrument cleaning and mopping; with thirty-odd residents sharing two floors, an outbreak could not be contained. All three grades are made at the workbench from scrap plastic and the three grades of alcohol, which you can brew yourself.
