The Industrial Research Institute needs one electric fence and one set of spike barriers for outside the main gate. Things scrape at the iron gate every night and the few people taking turns on watch cannot hold it. Both are made at the workbench; the fence needs a high enough defence skill. The institute will run the power off their own solar panel.
